This is perfect for those who want to have the convinience of their own vehicle without the hassels of driving. The best part about this service is that you get to state what you want to pay the driver. you can pay them by the hour or flat rate for the night. The hourly or Flat pay is set by you.
How Does This Work?
Everything starts with a quick job posting on DriversNow.com. Each posting is for a specific trip or ride. In your Job Posting select “I need a driver with No Vehicle (I will provide)”. Once your job is posted our system will automatically match you with local drivers that meet your requirements such as driver availability and qualifications. You will be able to review matching driver profiles that include work history, feedback from other employers and other details. If you like the driver you can offer him/her your job. If you are not sure, you can ask driver questions using our messaging system without revealing your identity.
When you post job, all matching drivers will also be notified. They can apply for your job or ask you questions. The selection process ends ones first driver accepts your offer or you accept driver’s application. At this point both parties receive each other’s contact information (phone, e-mail, pick-up address, etc.) and can finalize hiring. Keep in mind that DriversNow is a matching service, not an emplyment agency.
